«mai più, anche se il manger del Borgo e stato molto gentile e disponibile , ma non basta ....»
parcheggi fatiscenti , disturbati per 3 volte per spostare la macchina di urgenza avertiti anche con email ,la macchina non disturbava nessuno , concesso anche da parte di un dipendente (paradosso). mi fanno uscire da sotto la doccia per spostare la macchina , upgrade inesistente per sbaglio arriva alla nostra partenza per caso(checkout) pulizia camera a sufficienza . polvere negli armadi , cuscini solo 2 il terzo nel armadio senza la protezione in plastica ,accappatoi inesistenti , non ce stato ricambio di asciugamani , riordino stanza .... la camera piccola arredata a sufficienza divano macchiato. patio stretto sporco con piante malate di quali 2 alberi completamenti bruciati di fumaggine con le foglie che cadevano dovunque ,formiche dovunque , zanzare in camera , la doccia molto sporca con le fughe nere delle piastrelle .brutto da vedere.. di notte alle 2 chiediamo 2 guanciali ,arriva il addetto con 2 cuscini in con le fodere ingrinzite , brutti ,piatti e di più arriva nel momento che era partito il inaffiamento che non si e fermato per 20 minuti ,con rischio di scivolare sul bagnato ,per passare dal ingresso in buganvillee un casino per le piante . incuria del giardino ,piante bruciate.. , prato non curato ,era solo una sdraia buttata sotto gli poveri alberi moribondi che perdevano le foglie malate e bruciate . illuminazione di notte inesistente oppure a sufficienza , non ci sono indicazioni illuminate con i nr delle stanze abbiamo sbagliato tre volte per trovare il nostro buganvillee. poi abbiamo assistito a una ripresa in diretta del ragazzo che ha portato i cuscini richiesti preso a urla perché stava tardando, ovvio se il inaffiamento non finiva mi buttava i cuscini da giù dal ingresso? un ragazzo molto gentile educato e poi rimproverato in diretta di fronte a noi clienti del albergo . una stanza che non vale nemmeno 250€ ma abbiamo pagato per stare male 1164 € . bloccati nel parcheggio per colpa di una macchina in mezzo alla corsia ....
pulizia della stanza pessima , le piante malate, incuria del giardino , mancata illuminazione di notte , non hanno provveduto a spostare la macchina dal parcheggio per poter uscire andarmene a casa , hanno detto che non potevano , ma a noi ci hanno fatto spostare anche se non disturbava mentre ero sotto la doccia e il mio marito in mutande dicevano e urgente . non ci hanno fatto il giro della struttura ci hanno dato solo una cartina ,insufficiente per un prezzo alto cosi ingiustificabile .. collazione pessima , cappuccino sembrava caffe latte , bibite a colazione imbevibili da supermercato , dolci brutti immangiabili . poca scelta non ho visto formaggi sardi /salumi sardi / affettati di pesce (salmone ,pesce spada ,tono ...) alterco da parte di un responsabile notturno a fronte di un dipendente di fronte a noi , bella figura ....
